✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Only size exchanges or defective items are eligible.
Customized/personalized items (with pet names, special designs, etc.) are non-returnable.
🔄 Exchange Process
If the size doesn’t fit, we’ll happily exchange it for the correct size (subject to availability).
If you received a defective or wrong product, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

📦 How to Return/Exchange

2. Share your order ID & reason for return/exchange.
3. Ship the product back to our address (shared via email/WhatsApp).
4. Once received & inspected, we’ll process your exchange/refund.
